Competitive Analysis
I conducted a competitive analysis of existing products, such as Spotify and Apple Music, two of the leading players in the music streaming market.
Strengths
Spotify offers a wide music library and low-cost plans. On the other hand, Apple Music has high integration with the Apple ecosystem and premium sound quality. Both have an established user base and various personalized features.
Weaknesses
Spotify has an interface that can be confusing for new users, due to an excess of options. In contrast, Apple Music has a high cost for those who are not part of the Apple ecosystem. Both platforms struggle to provide quick and efficient technical support, which can be frustrating for users encountering issues. Additionally, the experiences are limited for users without internet access or those using free versions.
